It looks softer and rounder than the L460 that followed, and the tail lights sit proud of the tailgate rather than flush. Standard cars ran 20-inch wheels; long-wheelbase and Autobiography models moved to 21s and 22s.
2022-2024
Fifth generation (L460)
Revealed at the Royal Opera House in London on October 26, 2021, the L460 is visually much cleaner: flush door handles, hidden tail lights that only appear when lit, and a rear that is almost a single vertical plane. Two wheelbases are offered and, for the first time on a Range Rover, a seven-seat option. Wheels start at 21 inches in the US and run to 23, with 285/45R22 a common fitment.
